Thorough discussion is vital, from the beginning of a project, through the end and beyond.

By sitting with our clients, before a layout is sketched or a line of code is written, we can best understand the goals of a solution from a business and end-user perspective and determine an effective plan of action. Discussion throughout the life of a project provides opportunity for potential issues to be addressed and resolved before they become problems and discussion following the handover allows the effectiveness of the solution to be evaluated.

Design: more than a pretty picture

The scope of the term ‘designing’ is not limited to the process of composing elements aesthetically and selecting complimentary colours. In fact much design should take place before such visual considerations. In this context, the term also encompasses the design of information structure, navigation systems, and interactive processes.

Development: options are changing

Development, in a new media sense, is an almighty umbrella title, which covers the production of online and offline solutions that can be built using a variety of emerging technologies. As a result, technological adaptability is imperative and presents a perpetual challenge, which we thrive on and enjoy.
